ABC Camp at Puruwala successfully concluded:

1st March 2018: With the sterilisation of 15 dogs today, the Animal Birth Control camp at Tibetan Settlement Puruwala was successfully concluded. With this the total number of dogs sterilised during three day camp reached 41.

At the end of the program, our staff were requested to give a talk on rabies and the importance of ABC programs. Dr. Pankaj Sharma and Mr. Lobsang Thukjey did so accordingly.

We thank the administration and the residents of the Settlement for their kind hospitality and support throughout the period of our stay there.

We thank Brigitte Bardot Foundation France whose kind support enables us to organise such Camps to control dog population in a humane way and to stop the spread of rabies among the canine population in the region.
