5th March 2018: First session of Tibet Charity English Language Classes begins: The first session of Tibet Charity English Language Classes began with a small opening function. Opening function was attended by some of the students, staff and a volunteer teacher. Though three volunteers have confirmed their service to our language classes, only one could attend the opening function.
Our coordinator Ms Tsephel welcomed the volunteer and the students.
Thereafter Mr. Andrew Smith introduced himself to the students. He is a qualified ESL teacher with four years of teaching experience. He will be with us throughout the first session. Besides him, we are expecting Mr. Kevin Hilyard and Mr. Steve Coombs to join us by the end of this week. They are both qualified and experienced ESL teachers. We are also expecting more students to join us soon.
At the end, the Director thanked the volunteers for their kind consideration to come from different parts of the world to teach our students.
