The Health section of Tibet Charity organised two day massage camp at Norbulingka on 1
9th and 20th of September.
During the camp 66 people came to receive massage with complaints such as headache, neck pains, back and knee pains. As many of the people in the area are craftsmen, constant use of hands with a single posture seems to have caused such pains.
Our patients included both Tibetans and non Tibetans.
Though regular massage therapy for a longer period of time would have been of more help, many felt much relief after the camp.
