If you have failed in the just completed school exam or if you have been unable to complete your school because of whatever reason, there is no need to lose hope. National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) is providing opportunities for school dropouts or those who never had any opportunity to go to normal school to get education under open schooling system whereby students may do class X without prior educational qualification or do class XII after completion of class X with a gap of one year at least after class X. The certificates issued by NIOS are recognised by most of the universities in India for further studies and recognised by many for job opportunities including the army.

In order to encourage such Tibetan students to pursue their educational goals under this system, we wish to support such candidates with financial aid to pay their admission and exam fees as well as pay to reach the exam centre during exams.
