Mr. Dolma Bhum felicitated: A simple function was organised to honour our long serving staff Mr. Dolma Bhum. Mr. Bhum has been serving Tibet Charity since 2004.
While felicitating Mr. Bhum, our Director described him as a very sincere, dedicated and hardworking staff who is always ready to perform any task entrusted upon him. The Director said, “Tibet Charity is fortunate to have a staff like him”
A memento was presented to him in appreciation of his long association with Tibet Charity. All staff took turn to offer traditional Tibetan scarf to show their affection for the man.
Mr. Bhum, in his acceptance speech, expressed his gratitude to the Society for giving him the opportunity to serve others for such a long period of time. He requested other staff to live up to expectation of the founding members and serve the needy with love and affection.
We thank him once again and hope this association lasts for a long period of time in the future as well.
While it is a common practice to felicitate someone when he/she is leaving, we felt the need not to forget to honour those who continue to serve a small institution like ours for a long period of time – that too with unwavering dedication and sincerity.
