Tibet Charity began mass anti rabies vaccination program on 30th September 2019.
We began by vaccinating just the pet dogs on the 1st day so that there is no disturbance from the pet owners when we go out to vaccinate the stray dogs.
We couldn’t hold the public awareness program on the day due to bad weather.
44 pet dogs were vaccinated during the day.
Tibet Charity has been organising anti-rabies vaccination program in the region for the last many years starting from 2006. With this program we have succeeded in eradicating rabies dog problems in the region.
